If the trip is canceled more than 7 days before the scheduled departure date:
Cancellation is accepted with no financial penalties or charges.

If the trip is canceled more than 3 days (but less than 7 days) before departure:
Cancellation will be accepted, and the paid amount will be converted into credit that can be used for future trips during the same season.

If the trip is canceled less than 3 days before the scheduled departure:
A 100% cancellation penalty will be applied, and no refund will be issued.

If the trip is canceled by the organizer, the client will receive a full refund.

If the trip is canceled due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions or natural disasters, we will contact you immediately and offer one of the following options:

• Rescheduling or joining a similar experience at a later date

• Receiving a full refund
